Abstract:

To effectively prevent the non-uniform distribution of a catalyst within a catalyst slurry bed and to wholly utilize the internal space of a reactor in reaction.

A slurry bed reactor 13 contains a slurry like reaction bed 18 wherein a powder catalyst is suspended in a medium oil and an air layer 14 and has a raw material gas sending-in port provided to the lower part thereof and a product discharge port provided to the upper part thereof and contains a slurry taking-out port 21 provided to the upper part thereof, a slurry insertion port 23 provided to the lower part thereof below the taking-out port 21 and an outside liquid sending pipe 22 connecting the taking-out port 21 to the insertion port 23.
