Title:
SLURRY COMPOSITION FOR PLASTIC MOLDING, PORCELAIN CLAY OBTAINED BY DEHYDRATING THE SAME AND USED FOR PLASTIC MOLDING, METHOD FOR MOLDING PLASTIC-MOLDED PRODUCT WITH THE SAME, AND SINTERED PRODUCT PRODUCED BY SINTERING THE SAME
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3672598
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To improve operability for homogeneous dispersion and dehydrative concentration by mixing a raw clay for porcelains and/or a raw clay for ceramics, redispersible resin powder and water.
CONSTITUTION: 100 pts.wt. of a raw clay for porcelains and/or a raw clay for ceramics, 0.5-20 pts.wt. of redispersible resin powder having a glass transition temperature of ≥0.5°C, and water are mixed with each other to obtain a slurry composition having a water content of 40-70wt.% and used for plastic moldings. The composition is dehydrated, and the obtained precake having a water content of 10-30wt.% is kneaded. The obtained plastic clay is molded into a desired shape, dried at ≥20°C, and subsequently sintered into the sintered product.
