To provide a small bag package for a liquid, which has the superior barrier property that prevents the permeation of an oxygen gas, water-vapor, or the like, is highly suitable for packaging and preserving a content, has excellent disposability, and is highly adaptable to the environment.
The small bag package is made by using a packaging bag for holding the liquid, which is made of a laminated material. The laminated material consists of a laminate of a barrier film, and a heat sealing resin layer. The barrier film is formed by coating at least one surface of a plastic base material film with a vapor deposition film, which is an inorganic oxide, and further coating the surface of the vapor deposition film with a gas barrier coating film, which contains at least one or more kinds of alkoxides, which is represented by the general formula of R1nM(OR2)m, a polyvinyl alcohol resin, and/or a ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer, and is obtained by a polycondensation treatment employing a sol-gel method.
