To provide a portable small combustion furnace for manufacturing rice husk ash capable of manufacturing amorphous silica easily usable as a concrete additive or a silica fertilizer at site without transporting the rice husk discharged from rice centers in various locations.
The rice husk is packed into a net fitted to the upper surface of the fire hole and the side wall of the combustion furnace. A ventilation pipe in which a plurality of ventilation holes are formed from the bottom of the net to the upper surface of the rice husk is vertically installed at the center of the rice husk in the furnace. The rice husk is ignited from the fire hole at the bottom of the combustion furnace. By the continuous burning of fuel at the fire hole, the rice husk is completely self-burned by utilizing gaps between and among a ventilation pipe for humidified air, the furnace wall, and the net for manufacturing amorphous silica.
