Abstract:
To provide a small ship equipped with an engine cooling structure with which dispersion of temperature and temperature distribution are hardly produced at a time of start and in a time of continuous operation under a full throttle open condition or a condition close to the same.
In the small ship constructed to inject water pressurized and accelerated by a water jet pump P driven by an engine E from a rear injection port and to propel by reaction force thereof, a cylinder block Cb part of the engine E is constructed as an indirect cooling structure and an exhaust system part such as a cylinder head Ch and an exhaust manifold Em is constructed as a direct cooling structure.
