Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a small-sized soap-production apparatus capable of producing uniform and high-quality soap from waste food oil in a short time with safe and easy operation.
CONSTITUTION: This small-sized apparatus for producing soap from waste food oil is composed of a frame 12 tiltable around a horizontal supporting shaft 24, a reaction vessel 14 attached to the tiltable frame 12 to enable forced rotation in a plane containing the horizontal supporting shaft 24 and having a crushing lattice member 46 fixed to the inner wall of the vessel and a burner 16 attached to the tiltable frame 12 in a state directing its tip toward the reaction vessel 14.
