To shake, agitate and centrifuge a sample in a tube with a single apparatus by providing a shaken for shaking a centrifugal tube (sample tube) in the center of a rotor.

A shaker shaft 32 is eccentrically fixed to the upper part of a rotor shaft 33 connected to the shaft 25 of a DC motor 8 with an eccentric distance 35 to constitute a shaker 11. The shaker shaft 32 is freely rotatable through a ball bearing 31, the upper end is firmly held to a disk 30, and the upper face of the disk 30 is adhered to the lower face of an oscillator pad 26. When the motor shaft 25 and rotor shaft 33 are rotated, the shaker shaft 32 is eccentrically rotated with the eccentric distance 35. Since the shaker 11 is provided in the center of a small-sized centrifuge and integrally housed therein in this way, the sample in a tube is shaker, agitated and centrifuged with only one device, and the device setting space is drastically reduced.
