Abstract:
PURPOSE: To uniformly, efficiently and safely dry waste containing moisture like garbage within a short time by forming rotary blades for grinding and stirring an object to be dried in a container having an oil jacket covering the whole of the outer peripheral surface thereof.
CONSTITUTION: After water 40 is supplied into a water tank 4 from an automatic water supply cock 41, org. matter to be discarded such as garbage is thrown in a container 1 and a lid 12 is closed to close a switch. Whereupon, an oil jacket 2 is heated and rotary cutters 520, 521 are rotated to stir the org. matter and air is mixed with the org. matter to fermentatively decompose the org. matter by aerobic bacteria and the decomposed org. matter is further dried while thermally decomposed. The temp. of oil 20 is held to predetermined temp. by a control device. The steam generated in the container 1 is sucked to the outside of the container 1 from an exhaust pipe 44 by sending the water 40 in the water tank 4 into an ejector 45 by a pump 46 and the mixture of water 40 and steam is introduced into the water in the water tank 4 to be deodorized.
