Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized relay produced by applying a micro- processing to a base board by means of photolithography or a similar process. SOLUTION: A movable contact is supported by a elastic lever 19 installed in such a way as overhung from a base board 1. The elastic lever 19 forms a swinging member and is installed on the base board 1 through a deformable connection part. The armatures 20, 21 of a magnetic circuit are installed at the free ends of lever, and a magnetic circuit partitions a seat which can put the armatures 20, 21 in contact using a magnetic force produced by itself and directed oppositely to the force produced by elastic deformation of the elastic lever 19.
