Wing driving motors 3 are provided at four parts of front right and left positions and rear right and left positions of a body 1 so as to change a vertical angle on a vertical surface in a fore-and-aft direction. To output shafts 3a of the wing driving motors 3, flapping wings 2a, 2b, 2c, 2d composed of driving rods 9 extending to the outside of the body 1, coupling rods 11 having flexibility, and wing main bodies 10 are respectively attached. The flapping wings 2a, 2b, 2c, 2d are arranged upwardly in the vertical direction with the wing driving motors 3, thereby generating a downward backwash. By reaction force of that, vertical rising, lowering, and hovering are carried out. The flapping wings 2a, 2b, 2c, 2d are arranged at required attack angles to carry out flapping actions, thereby generating a rear oblique downward backwash. By reaction force of that, lifting force and propulsive force is obtained to carry out forward flying. Furthermore, the balance of propulsive force on right and left sides is changed to turn to the right and left.
