The flapping wings 2a, 2b, 2c, 2d are arranged at required attack angles to carry out flapping actions, thereby generating a rear oblique downward backwash. By reaction force of that, lifting force and propulsive force is obtained to carry out forward flying. Furthermore, the balance of propulsive force on right and left sides is changed to turn to the right and left.
