Abstract:
To provide a small-sized helical antenna with good stability in the resonance frequency at a low cost.
A coil member 4 is formed with a covered wire 3, consisting of a metallic wire 1 with an insulation cover 3 that is wound closely in spiral, and the coil member 4 is embedded in a resin forming 6 while one terminal of the metallic wire 1 connects to a projection 5a of a feeding terminal 5. The spiral pitch and the outer diameter of the metallic wire 1 are kept constant through the contacts of the insulation coats to provide less dispersion in the resonance frequency. Since the coil member 4 is embedded in the resin as it is forming 6 without processing, the manufacture process steps are reduced and the cost is decreased.
