To provide a compact inline type cryogenic water pump.
A low temperature capturing tool comprising a water pump 10 has a fluid conduit 22 forming a fluid passage. The fluid conduit 22 has some length along a flowing direction of a fluid and some width in a direction orthogonal to the flowing direction. The above width of the fluid conduit 22 is larger than the length. A cryo pump array 20 has an outer rim 20a surrounding a center opening 24 and is disposed in the fluid conduit 22 so as to be orthogonal to the flowing direction of the fluid and then is set such that the fluid passage extends through the center opening 24 of the array 20. The outer rim 20a captures a steam from the fluid passage. The array 20 has some thickness t, lateral width TW and a rim width W. The lateral width TW and the rim width W are larger than the thickness t.
