Abstract:
PURPOSE:To aurally make certain of the contents of each digit of a display data, by generating the musical scale sound stored in advance, in accordance with the operation time of a prescribed key, in a small-sized electronic computer equipped with a musical sound generating function. CONSTITUTION:The auxiliary register 18 is constituted of a register having the capacity of 9 digits, and a data which has converted an operation result data stored in the display register 9, by the converting circuit 19 is input and stored. And an output data from the register 18 is provided to the decoder 26 in the musical sound generation part 25, through the data circuit 21. This generation part 25 generates a musical sound signal to the musical sound of the musical scale corresponding to a decode output of the decoder 26, sends the musical sound signal to the sounding body 27, and the musical sound is emitted. In this way, the contents of each digit of a display data can be aurally confirmed by generating the musical scale sound stored in advance, in accordance with the operation time of a prescribed key.
