This smoke insulation sheet is used in drainage facilities of a constitution where a drainage standpipe of a lower level is inserted into a through hole of a concrete slab partitioning the upper level and the lower level of a multiple dwelling house, an upper end face of a socket of the drainage standpipe is held at a height position approximately equal to an upper face of the concrete slab, and the drainage standpipe of the upper level and a drainage horizontal branch pipe of the upper level are connected through a drainage pipe joint of the upper level. This smoke insulation sheet has a sheet main body 84 having a size enought for covering the upper end face of the socket of the drainage standpipe of the lower level, an upper face of a backfill material charged into the through hole of the concrete slab, and an upper face of the concrete slab positioned at a peripheral edge of the backfill material and having a smoke insulation performance, and an adhesive 86 for adhering the sheet main body 84 to the upper end face of the socket, the upper face of the backfill material and the upper face of the concrete slab.
