On the upper surface of a wide main body 1 of board bending its fore end part upward on the side of rear part, a seat 2 is provided so that a user can sit there and on the upper surface of the main body 1 of board on the side of fore part, on the other hand, foot rests 3 are provided for placing both the feet of user. Then, the seat 2 is composed of a seat cushion 21 and a seat back 22 erected obliquely upward from the rear end of this seat cushion 21, and these seat cushion 21 and seat back 22 are filled with cushion materials for improving feelings to sit down. Further, the foot rests 3 are bolted at the fore part on the main body 1 of board so as to change their positions back and forth through a holding bracket 6.
