Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a snow carrier suitable for an artificial snow making system for a skiing ground by enabling a required quantity of artificial snow to be sent stably.
SOLUTION: This snow carrier is equipped with a scraper 11 which scrapes off the artificial snow at the surface while leveling the surface of the artificial snow 4 within the ice storage 1B roughly horizontally and sends it to the prescribed position within an ice storage, a carrying-out device 32 which carries the artificial snow from the scraper 11 out of an ice storage, and a lifting mechanism 12 which shifts the scraper 11 at an optional speed in vertical direction or makes it stand still in optional position. Then, this carrier is provided with a level sensor, which is usually OFF but becomes ON when the artificial snow lies to a prescribed level at an inlet, at the inlet of the artificial snow in the carrying-out device, and it is connected to an operation control circuit 46.
