A heat generating means 5 generates heat to melt snow deposited on the antenna 1, and when a detected temperature is greater than a first temperature threshold value and smaller than a second temperature threshold value and a detected error rate is greater than an error rate threshold value, heat generation control means 7, 6 apply power to the heat generating means 5 to generate heat.
