To provide a snow removal device capable of easily performing snow removal work.
A snow removal device 10 includes: a belt member 13 arranged so as to cover a roof floor of a house 100, transporting snow accumulated in the case of snowfall by circulation movement, and removing snow from the house 100; roller members 11, 12 rotatably supported with respect to the house 100, bridging the belt member 13 endlessly thereon, and moving the belt member 13 circulatingly; a weight sensing unit 40 for sensing whether or not the weight of snow accumulated on the belt member 13 is a specified value or more; a motor unit 50 equipped with a revolving shaft 51 making the roller member 11 rotate when the weight sensing unit 40 senses that the weight of the snow is the specified value or more; and a handle unit 20 having a manually operated handle body 21 and a revolving shaft 22 making the roller member 11 rotate by operation of the handle body 21.
