Axle horizontal shafts 2 are fixed in front and rear sides of a rear face of a pedestal 1. A horizontal axle journaled with front and rear wheels is provided. The horizontal axle and the axle horizontal shaft 2 are screwed and connected by a vertical axle 4 by using a bearing hinge 5. A long pulling spring 6 is extended from the horizontal axles of the front wheels to an upward center part of a rear part of the sleigh. Axle auxiliary plates having clamp receivers and connection fulcrum parts in lower parts and rear parts, respectively, are fixed to the two vertical axles 4 of the rear wheels. In an axle fixing and detaching device 10, a sliding clamp is provided with knife-shaped warpage, a substantially round type fixed groove and a journal clamp hole. A rear part of the sliding clamp is connected and fixed by a clamp removing shaft, and a journal hole and the connection fulcrum parts are journaled.
