Abstract:
[Problem] To provide: a crosslinked polyester resin excellent in terms of transparency, adhesion, pliability (stretchability), and strength (Young's modulus) and further having re-formability and flaw-repairing properties; and a crosslinked-polyester-resin multilayer film including the crosslinked polyester resin in a film form. [Solution] A polyester resin 5 which comprises: a polymeric main chain 1 including ester bonds 2 at a large number of sites; and a large number of covalent crosslinking moieties 3 each including an ester bond 2 and a free OH group 4. The polyester resin 5 can be obtained by mixing a raw polyester-resin material including ester bonds 2 and carboxy groups at a large number of sites with both a diepoxy crosslinking agent and a transesterification catalyst 6 and heating the mixture to crosslink the polyester resin.
