Abstract:
To provide a soft magnetic alloy powder that has both high magnetic property and reliability such as insulation and heat resistance.SOLUTION: Provided is a soft magnetic alloy powder in which an alloy powder containing iron as a main component and having soft magnetism is coated with an insulating coating film having insulating property. The insulating coating film includes a first coating film in contact with a surface of the alloy powder constituting the soft magnetic alloy powder, and a second coating film in contact with the first coating film. In addition, a ratio of a thickness of the second coating film to a thickness of the first coating film is 0.02 to 300.SELECTED DRAWING: None
