Abstract:
To provide a soft magnetic alloy or the like having both of a high saturation magnetic flux density Bs and high corrosion resistance.SOLUTION: The inventive soft magnetic alloy comprises a component represented by the compositional formula: ((Fe(1-(α+β)CoαNiβ)1-γX1γ)(1-(a+b+c+d+e))BaPbSicCdCre (atom number ratio) and Mn, where X1 represents at least one element selected from Ti, Zr, Hf, Nb, Ta, Mo, W, Al, Ga, Ag, Zn, S, Ca, Mg, V, Sn, As, Sb, Bi, N, O, Au, Cu, a rare earth element and a platinum-group element, a to e and α to γ fall within specified ranges, 0.002≤f<3.0 holds with f (at%) representing the content of Mn, the corrosion potential is -630 to -50 mV inclusive, and the corrosion current density is 0.3 μA/cm2 to 45 μA/cm2 inclusive.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
