Abstract:
To provide a soft magnetic sheet having a predetermined μ' and a method of manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: A soft magnetic sheet is formed by laminating a resin film through an adhesive layer on both sides of a soft magnetic thin ribbon made of a nanocrystal alloy. The soft magnetic thin ribbon constituting the soft magnetic sheet has a plurality of cracks. When the soft magnetic sheet is curved along an arc surface with a radius of curvature of 5 mm in both of a thickness direction, the values of the real part μ' of permeability at a frequency of 145 kHz before and after being curved satisfy the following expression. 0.9≤μr(5)/μr(0)≤1.1 (where, μr(0) represents the real part μ' of permeability before being curved, and μr(5) represents the real part μ' of permeability after being curved)SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 17
