Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain cargo fastening tension even by any soft rope, so that mounting/demounting of the rope can be easily operated, in a cargo fastening equipment. SOLUTION: A cargo fastening object is covered with a cargo fastening soft rope, this rope is bent in U shape to be hooked to a hooking pin in the center of a winding shaft via each guide of an equipment, and cargo fastening tension can be obtained in winding the short scale long rope. By a ratchet mechanism of a gear 8 attached to the winding shaft and between bi-directional pawl clutches 9, 10 positioned in a peripheral shape thereof to be attached to each wall of handle side and frame side, winding shaft reverse rotation by reaction stress from the cargo fastening rope can be prevented, and forced winding back at release time can be performed.
