Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball not generating a rolling sound by a foaming agent residue, and not having such a risk that the foaming agent residue is scattered to enter an eye, even if the ball is cracked, by performing a second adhesion vulcanization molding without using the foaming agent.SOLUTION: A horizontal jointer capable of jointing accurately a joint of a hemisphere having an expanded joint area is used, while a foaming agent is not used, and each die M, N is jointed together by a die to which ruggedness processing capable of facilitating jointing is applied, to thereby perform vulcanization adhesion molding only by the expansion power of the air.
