PURPOSE: To shorten the time needed for linking and loading actions by adding the map information to a compiled module, and storing this module in an idle area of a target machine.

CONSTITUTION: When an error is detected with an execution type program area 24, a source program 1 is compiled by a compiling means 10 to obtain an object program 2. The program 2 needs the information on another submodule that is referred to in the program 2. An execution type program 3 has input of said information and is converted by a converting means 11 with reference to the map information 4. Here the program 3 is loaded to an optional position on an idle area 27 of a target memory 20. Then an instruction jumping to the head address of the loading destination is stored to the head of the area 24.
