CONSTITUTION: A frame 12 is moved till a lever 80 of a magazine 10 comes to above a piston rod 88. At this time, a stopper 62 is at an operative position. As the piston rod 88 is moved up to push up a link 78, a link 64 is rotated clockwise, the stopper 62 falls to an inoperative position, and simultaneously, a clamp 74 is protruded to an operative position to release a leading part, and hold following components. At this time, a motor 48 is driven synchronously with it, and a conveyor belt 30 runs for a specified quantity to carry the component. Next, as the piston rod 88 is lowered, the stopper 62 is protruded, and the clamp 74 is retracted. Collection is thus secured.
