Abstract:

To provide a soil disintegrator eliminating disadvantages on the facility cost and the efficiency of the installation work and preventing dust and noise from leaking from a main casing by excluding a frame, an feed chute, and a discharge chute provided from a common sense standpoint in the past.

The soil conveyed from feed side conveyor 2 is crushed by a rotor 41 provided in the main casing 40 and is dropped on a carry-out side conveyor 5 in this soil integrator 4. A lower end fitting face 44 directly fitted on the conveyor frame 55 of the carry-out side conveyor 5 is formed at the lower end of the main casing 40. The soil discharge port 45 of the main casing 40 is opened to directly face the carry-out side conveyor 5. A conveyor receiving port 46 for allowing the intrusion of the terminal section of the feed side conveyor 2 is formed on the main casing 40.
