To provide a soil improving particulate matter excellent in hydrophobic property and growing property, having durability, and enabling the effective use of lime ash generated from a pressure fluidized-bed combined-cycle power generation type power station.
The lime ash generated from the boilers of the pressure fluidized-bed combined-cycle power generation type thermal power station in which thermal power generation is performed by burning coal while adding lime in the boilers, is used as a main material. Adequate amount of water for hardening the lime ash is added to the lime ash to granulate soil improving particulate matter. The granulated soil improving particulate matter can be effectively used as a culvert filter material.
