To produce an improved soil solidifiable to a required extent when earth and sand are mixed with a soil improvement material to stir even in the case the earth and sand excavated by an excavation mechanism and thrown into a continuous treatment tank have a very little water content.
In order to make a state to mix earth and sand excavated by a bucket and thrown into a continuous treatment tank 21 with a soil improvement material, a sprinkler device 60 connecting a nozzle 62 to the front end of a pipe 61 is provided to an upper position of the continuous treatment tank 21, and a water supply tank is placed to a counter-weight. A through-hole 73 is bored in a fixed side member 70b of a center joint 70 for constituting a swing device, the pipe 61 is inserted into the through-hole 73, and it is connected to a supply pipe 64 from the water supply tank through a swivel joint 72.
