Abstract:
To provide a soil determination method that can improve the accuracy of soil determination based on friction sounds.SOLUTION: A soil determination method that includes (1) to (4) steps below is provided. (1) A step to insert a device with a microphone into soil. (2) A step to measure a friction sound made by the device and the soil by means of the microphone. (3) A step to derive sound source data of the friction sound by correcting data of the friction sound measured by the microphone based on a transfer function of the device.
