Abstract:

To provide a soil sampling device capable of sampling the earth at a desired depth without digging it in advance.

This soil sampling device is provided with sampling bodies 1, 2 having bottomed recessed parts 4 opened at upper ends, rods 3, 3 whose lower ends can be inserted into the recessed parts 4 and which can be abutted on bottoms of the recessed parts 4 while they are inserted, and a coming-off locking mechanism constituted of female and male screws 5, 6. In a coming-off locking state, a sampling soil storing space 7 is formed between the bottom of the recessed part 4 and the lower end of the rod 3, and an opening of the sampling soil storing space 7 is closed when the space 7 is opened at a peripheral fringe of an opening at the upper end of the recessed part 4 and the lower end of the rod 3 is abutted on the bottom of the recessed part 4.
