Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain a solar battery module having low cost, high reliability and long life by laminating thermoplastic resin contained with netlike insulator and an aluminum foil in a thin film solar battery cell formed on a glass substrate. CONSTITUTION:The surface of a solar battery cell 12 is protected by a glass substrate 11, and the back surface is protected by a back surface protective film made of an aluminum foil 13, a netlike insulator 14 or a thermoplastic resin 15. The back surface protective film is formed by bonding a laminated film formed with the resin 15 of ethylene-vinyl acetate on the cell 12 by pressing and heating in the state for removing air in the boundary to include the insulator 14 of plain weave of polyethylene terephthalate on the foil 13. In this case, it is necessary that the insulator 14 is not melted.
