Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive solar cell assembly that can stably generate electricity of high output for a long time by effectively using vertically or obliquely incoming light without depending on an installation site in the inside and outside of a house and the direction thereof, while improving photoelectric conversion efficiency by changing a wavelength of light that cannot be photoelectrically converted so as to make photoelectric conversion possible, causing no yellow discoloration and no deterioration even if it is exposed to strong light and heat to have excellent light resistance and heat resistance, having a long lifetime, high reliability, a simple structure, good productivity since it is simply manufacturable, and contributing environmental preservation.SOLUTION: In this solar cell assembly 1, a photoelectric conversion element is disposed on the bottom or the top of a reflection concave for reflecting incident light to converge it on the photoelectric element formed by laminating semiconductor layers, and at least the open surface of the reflection concave is covered with a resin body formed of a silicone resin permeating light, and the light entering surface of the resin body is laminated or integrated with a light guide material 13. The light guide material 13 contains a light scattering agent or has irregularities in the order of nanometer.
