To provide a solar cell device capable of utilizing both electrical power and a heat energy without losing any heat energy under a high efficiency.

Solar cells 10 and heat collectors 14 are arranged alternatively on a cell stage 12. Solar lights 18 are collected by light collecting lenses 16. The light collecting lenses 16 are moved in a horizontal direction by a driving motor and then light collecting spots having solar lights 18 collected are radiated selectively to any one of the solar cells 10 and the heat collectors 14. In addition, this device is constituted such that a spacing between the light collecting lenses 16 becomes a light transparent section 24 constituted by transparent material and a direct light passed through the transparent sections 24 is radiated directly to a side where the solar lights 18 collected by the light collecting lenses 16 are not radiated.
