Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a design assist apparatus for solar cell module that maximizes power generating capacity by determining statistically optimum size adaptively to roof surfaces in various shapes.
SOLUTION: The solar cell module design assist apparatus 1 is equipped with an information output part 11 which outputs various information on solar cell modules 2a, 2b, and 2c, a roof information storage part 12 which stores roof area information regarding the shape of a roof surface R, and a quantity calculation part 13 which calculates the number of the solar cell modules 2a, 2b, and 2c which can be installed on the roof surface R. Various information on the solar cell modules 2a, 2b, and 2c includes shape information regarding the shapes of the solar cell modules 2a, 2b, and 2c, power generation information regarding their power generation capacities, and variation cost information by the different kinds of solar cell modules 2a, 2b, and 2c.
