Abstract:
PURPOSE:To let solar cell plates be always directed toward the sun, prevent the change in the posture of a satellite and maintain observation conditions by operating the first rotating shaft installed to the satellite and the second rotating shaft disposed with solar cell plates perpendicular to the first rotating shaft according to the change in the orbit plane of the satellite.
