Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a drastically automated manufacture and wiring by providing a simplified contact connection part for achieving a further simplified wiring, without causing additional shadows on the front surface of a solar cell.
SOLUTION: A solar cell has a flat, active semiconductor substrate 1 with a diode structure, a reverse side metallizatin part at the opposite side of light, a conductor path structure pattern on a front surface, and a solid conductor 2 that is placed on the pattern. Also, the conductor is electrically connected to the pattern, the two adjacent conductors are bent into a hair-pin or U-shape, and the part projects from the side edge of the semiconductor substrate.
