PURPOSE: To equalize a flow rate of a heat collecting circuit so that the solar heat can be utilized effectively by a method wherein a plurality of heat loads, each of which is provided with a heat exchanger, are connected in series with respect to the heat collecting circuit.
CONSTITUTION: A heat collecting pump 3 is driven in response to a difference between the temperature of a heat collector 1 and the water temperature of a heat accumulating tank 9 for room heating or a hot water tank 10 for hot water supply. A heat medium of a high temperature is circulated through a room heating heat exchanger 4 and a hot water supply heat exchanger 5, both provided in the heat collecting circuit 6 in series. On the load side, a heat exchanger pump 7 for room heating is driven to collect heat in response to a water temperature difference between the heat collector 1 and heat accumulating tank 9. A heat exchanger pump 8 for hot water supply is driven to collect heat in response to a water temperature difference between the heat collector 1 and hot water tank 10. Thus, only by the ON-OFF of the heat exchanger pumps 7 and 8, a prior heating on the heat load side and a simultaneous heating of the plurality of heat loads can be selected by a simple and easy operation.
