To provide a technology for giving sunlight to necessary places for a longer time or collecting and utilizing it for a north-side high rise building or an overcrowded residential area which cannot receive the benefits of sunlight particularly in a winter season requiring it, and in turn for a southeast asia and african countries exposed to an enormous amount of sunlight, where sunlight is not utilized resulting in poverty in many cases, specifically, the technology for collecting and delivering sunlight while adaptably considering a seasonal and timely change in the position of the sun.
A main mirror and a number of mirrors with orientation meters are adaptably combined to illuminate and collect sunlight. The collected sunlight is delivered to selective places via a delivery pipe and emitted to objects with an emitter.
