Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent the effect of an accident on all system by performing system separation between step out systems when it has detected the step out of a power system.
CONSTITUTION: An arithmetic unit 18 selects and stores a transmission line, where the absolute value of the effective power sent at all times from a terminal device 2 is minimum, among transmission lines 12B, 12C, and 12D, and preserves the result of selection at detection of step out. At this time, it stores the selection result of a certain time ago so that it can surely select the minimum value beforehand with effective power. At detection of step out, it sends out a system separation command to the terminal device 2 of a transmission line where the previous effective power is minimum, according to the preserved selection result of the transmission line where the previous effective power is minimum. A terminal device 2, which has received this command, opens breakers 14B, 14D, and 14F, and separates power systems 1 and 2. Hereby, the effect on the all system of an accident can be prevented.
