Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust the azimuth angle and the tilt angle at a low cost.SOLUTION: The solar tracking device comprises: a revolving shaft 1 having a substantially vertical axis direction and rotatable freely about the axis; drive means 14 for rotating the revolving shaft 1 to which a tracking body 2 directing toward the sun is attached rotatably up and down; and a link 4 which is connected to a portion separated by a predetermined distance from the revolving shaft 1 and the tracking body 2 through a universal joint and determines the tilt angle of the tracking body 2.
