Abstract:
To make it possible to automatically perform exchange of a soldering iron of which an iron tip has worn in a soldering device.SOLUTION: A soldering iron 22A is automatically fitted via an automatic exchange mechanism 23 to a robot arm 11 of a soldering robot 1 which is automatically controlled by a control unit 2, and an abrasion degree of an iron tip 28a of the soldering iron 22A is measured during a soldering process. When the measured abrasion degree reaches a reference value which is inputted to the control unit 2, the automatic exchange mechanism 23 is operated by the control unit 2, thereby the soldering iron 22A is removed from the robot arm 11 and a new soldering iron 22B stored in an iron stand 85 is fitted to the robot arm 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
