Abstract:
PURPOSE: To inspect soldering by setting a soldering inspection standard as soldering strength but not as a soldering shape.
CONSTITUTION: The respective television images of a lead 2 before and after pressure are inputted to a measuring part 7 by an inspection probe 5 and the displacement of the lead is calculated from the respective images to output lead displacement measured data 8 to a judging part 9 and it is judged whether the lead is moved by pressure to determine the quality of soldering.
