Title:
SOLDERING IRON DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3810474
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency of soldering operation by selecting proportional integral and derivative control(PID control) and proportional control(P control) according to the contents of the soldering operation.
SOLUTION: This device is provided with a temperature sensor 4 which detects the temperature of a heater 3 and a bit 2 when the bit 2 is heated and outputs it as measured temperature. A one-chip microcomputer 1 performs the PID control or P control over the power supply to the heater 3 according to a control program, set temperature, and a control constant stored in a ROM. Namely, the device has a switching mode for the control system of the heater 3 as one input mode and one of the temperature control systems of the PID control and P control is selected with a parameter changeover switch. An EEP ROM 24 stores, for example, the proportional constant, integral control, and derivative constant of the PID control system as a control constant and also stores the proportional constant of the P control system.
