PURPOSE: To stabilize the operation, as well as to reduce the level of noise, vibration and wear, with operational speed lowered down of the pump, by means of installing a throttle valve to a flow passage portion to circulate the lubricating liquid from the liquid pool chamber to the space in the interior of the solenoid.
CONSTITUTION: Within the air space portion with a fixed core 10 and a movable core 11 provided, is filled a lubricating liquid further with a reciprocating drive speed of the movable core 11 lowered. And in a flow passage hole 21 portion is provided a throttle valve 23, with a reciprocating drive speed of the movable core 11 lowered by a liquid resistance force of the lubricating liquid, and the transfer of high viscosity liquid and special physical property liquid is made capable. Further with a resistance given to the lubricating liquid to lower the operating speed of the movable core 11, overfeeding phenomenon of the transfer liquid by the pump 24 is suppressed, and the promotion of improvement of the pump 24 performance can be made by utilizing the lubricating liquid.
