CONSTITUTION: A solenoid proportional control valve is formed to be constituted by providing a correcting elastic machine 19 energizing a plunger 6 in a reverse direction to a direction of energizing a reset elastic machine 11, so that energizing force of the correcting elastic machine can be corrected corresponding to a mounting angle of the solenoid proportional control valve by position adjusting a correcting elastic machine receiving member 20 by swiveling an eccentric cam 25 having an elastic machine receiving contact surface eccentrically placed relating to the axial center of a swivel shaft 22 of an operating lever.
