PURPOSE: To simplify constitution of a solenoid valve for controlling a brake oil pressure for an automobile locking prevention type brake device, to facilitate processing assembly of parts, to improve productivity and reduce the manufacturing cost, and to prevent leakage of oil from the high pressure side to the low pressure side.

CONSTITUTION: A magnetic force responding to a current applied on a solenoid coil 11 is generated at the intermediate yoke 12 of a cylinder 13 and plungers 14 and 15 on both sides are independently actuated according to a balance between the magnetic force and the elastic energization forces of springs 17b and 15b. This constitution steppedly opens and closes check valves 16 and 17 through push rods 14a and 15a according to a carrying current amount to the solenoid coil 11, operated integrally with plungers 14 and 15, and converts the direction to three-ports/three-positions according to combination of the opening and closing.
