To form the hole of a needle for receiving the second return spring shallow by forming the second return spring supported on the needle into a disk shape.
The second return spring 38 is formed with a disk-shaped diaphragm spring 41, and it is fixed to a needle 23 by edge bending. When a coil 18 is excited, a solenoid valve 10 is switched from the cutoff position to the flow position, and it is connected to the outflow side 30 via a seated valve 35 opening the inflow side 29. When the solenoid valve 10 is closed and the pressure higher than that of the outflow side 30 is generated on the inflow side 29, the needle 23 is pressure-balanced, and a valve closing member 36 is loaded with the hydraulic closing force by the relatively large seal diameter of the seated valve 35 and the magnitude of the pressure difference. When the magnitude of the magnetic force reduced with the force of the first return spring 22 exceeds the hydraulic closing force loaded to the valve closing member 36, the valve closing member 36 is lifted from a valve seat 37. The disk-shaped sprint 38 requires only an extremely small fitting space.
