PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition that is optimized for oral administration of a GLP-1 agonist (for example, a GLP-1 agonist having a substituent).SOLUTION: The above subject is solved by a solid composition for oral administration containing a GLP-1 agonist and a salt of N-(8-(2-hydroxybenzoyl)amino)caprylic acid, wherein a) the amount of the salt of N-(8-(2-hydroxybenzoyl)amino)caprylic acid is at least 0.6 mmol or at least 0.8 mmol, b) the GLP-1 agonist is GLP-1 (7-37) and GLP-1 (7-36) amide, exendin-4, or analogs thereof, and the GLP-1 agonist comprises one substituent optionally.SELECTED DRAWING: None
